Shipping policy

 

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION - only type of delivery available at the moment 

At the moment I only ship within the UK. I will be expanding to the rest of the world as soon as possible.

All my products offer free shipping in the UK.  All the hats you see on the website are in stock and ready to be dispatched. 

I aim to dispatch your package the same day of delivery if you order before 11:00 am, and you will receive an email to confirm the package is on its way.

I use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which DOES require a signature. This will be delivered the next working day, anytime before 4:00 pm. 

For example, if you place an order at 10:00 am on Tuesday, you should receive your parcel on Wednesday. If you place an order at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, you should receive your parcel on Thursday.

Royal Mail aims to deliver every day from Monday - Saturday.  They will not deliver on  public holidays and Sundays. Please note that there may be delays around Christmas and the long bank holiday weekend over Easter.

Sometimes it is not possible to dispatch on the same day, but you will definitely receive your order within 5 working days of placing your order. When you receive an email confirming dispatch, you will also receive a tracking number. 

PACKAGING 

Your order is sent in a sturdy white box, with protective tissue inside. Please keep this box as any returns need to be sent back in their original postage box.
